The Golden Dionysus

Sun-dried tomatos, Bulgarian feta, and hemp seeds on a bed of arugula lightly dusted with mustard seeds, coriander and a hint of key lime juice. 

Chopped romaine, blueberries, black olives, avocado, and thinly sliced peppered turkey tossed in a light mixture of olive oil, red wine vinaigrette, and lemon juice. 

Shredded red cabbage tossed in a mixture of  soy sauce, ginger, honey, coconut and sesame oil with chopped almonds and toasted chia pesto tortilla chips.

Scallops, asparagus, crimini mushrooms, capers, and golden raisins sauteed and tossed with red spinach in a light lemon rosemary dressing. Topped with crumpled goat cheese.
